One punch woman

Christmas called for a cozy movie night at home, and I was so glad that Jayax3 hey was streaming on Hotstar. Though I was skeptical that this could be another movie just talking about domestic violence, the plot twist gave me goosebumps.

One punch. One kick in the belly is all it took her to get him to his senses. Our heroine in the movie learnt self defence techniques watching YouTube. (my mom’s super dedicated to cooking shows, I gotta introduce her to other stuff).

But she’s forgiving enough, she’s kind , she did show love on her husband not by obligation but by choice. Our boy misused it all. You gotta watch the rest of it if you don’t want spoilers.

Do women need constant reminders like this movies to not put up with crap? Even then maybe only 1% women might try to break out of their shells. What will it take to actively raise the voice against men who has their balls in their brain?

No, not all men are idiots. Some are kind, respectful, empathetic ( they’re all taken sigh) Maybe it’ll make a difference if more men talked about it and advocated it. I just see men on hinge who list their unusual skills as — sadist, sarcastic, blunt.( True horror story smh)

I know things won’t change in a day, I know men won’t change in a day, but what could really change is a woman’s outtake on dealing with crap. I ogle over women like Disha Patani because she knows gymnastics! Now a hot body is just a brownie point there. So is Samantha Ruth Prabhu, goosebumps all over when I watch her beat men to pulp.

So my dear lovely women, never let a man or anyone in this society to undermine you. Be it a best friend or your lover or your anyone. Always know your worth. Women are the beautiful thing in this nasty world and we gotta take our stand to not just survive but to bloom to our fullest ☺
